2. Payment and Refund Policy
At Devora.io, transparency and clarity are fundamental to our approach.
- Before the initiation of any work, payment terms will be defined in writing.
- Because of the digital and customized nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Clients acknowledge and agree that the scope, features, and deliverables are discussed and confirmed in advance. Once work has commenced, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are not applicable.
- In the rare event of unforeseen technical circumstances that make it impossible to deliver the agreed scope, Devora.io will work in good faith with the client to provide corrective action or equivalent service value.
3. Scope of Work
Clarity and alignment are paramount to project success. Before the commencement of any work, both parties shall collaboratively define and agree upon the scope of the project. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
We respect and uphold intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All intellectual property rights associated with the work produced by Devora.io remain vested with Devora.io until full payment has been received.
- Upon full payment, clients are granted the necessary rights to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in all endeavors, Devora.io shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Hungary.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any revisions shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

Payment and Refund Policy
At Devora.io, transparency and clarity are fundamental to our business ethos.
Initial Pre-Payment
- Prior to the initiation of any work, clients are required to make a symbolic pre-payment of USD 1 ($1).
- This payment is used to securely record client information, confirm commitment, and establish the engagement in our system.
- The $1 pre-payment is strictly administrative and is non-refundable.
Service Payments
- After the scope of work, features, and deliverables are agreed in writing, clients are required to make payment as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
- Work shall commence promptly upon receipt of the agreed payment.
Non-Refundable Policy
Because Devora.io provides customized, digital, and service-based solutions, all payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Project cancellations by the client for any reason.
- Changes in project scope initiated by the client after commencement.
- Delays or inability to complete the project due to client non-responsiveness or lack of required information.
Once work has commenced, payments made will not be refunded under any conditions. Clients are therefore encouraged to thoroughly review all project requirements and agreements before making payments.
Acknowledgment
By proceeding with the 1$ payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy, and accept that Devora.io’s services are delivered on a best-effort basis aligned strictly with the scope agreed in advance.
